Your role will involve strategizing to enhance customer experiences, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across all retail activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of store management and operations.
• Establish sales goals and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Implement best practices for inventory management.
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance service experiences.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Execute store layout changes based on customer shopping patterns.
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss performance and areas for growth.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Retail Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail management roles

Technical Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Data Analysis for Retail

Languages

• English: Fluent
• IsiXhosa: Basic
