• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Diploma in Retail Management is advantageous
• Leadership Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Sales Analysis Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
• Customer Service Skilled in providing top-notch customer service.
• Inventory Management Experienced in managing stock levels and inventory control.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
