Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our store operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, possess strong merchandising skills, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team in achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance store performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage shrinkage, and optimize stock turnover.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing staff development.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate communication between upper management and store staff.
• Cultivate a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail Marketing degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail management
