As an Accountant at Premium Accounting Firm, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our clients. Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct periodic bank reconciliations.
• Assist with tax return preparation and ensure compliance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Assist in the year-end closing process.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Additional certifications (e.g., CIMA or SAICA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g., Pastel, Sage)
• Microsoft Excel
