We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data analysis techniques, with a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into meaningful metrics that support strategic goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analyses to support product development.
• Maintain and develop data models that guide business decisions.
• Assist in formulating predictive models to forecast outcomes based on historical data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Analysis preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role

Technical Skills

• Tableau or Power BI
• Statistical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with big data technologies: Knowledge of big data frameworks like Hadoop or Spark.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure): Experience in leveraging cloud platforms for analytics tasks.
