Job Description

In the role of Donor Relations Manager, you will lead the strategy to engage and cultivate relationships with donors. Your focus will be on communication and stewardship to foster long-term support.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored stewardship strategies for major donors.
• Engage in community outreach to promote our cause and encourage donor participation.
• Facilitate donor visits and meetings to deepen relationships.
• Prepare grant proposals and funding requests to sustain ongoing projects.
• Utilize social media to enhance donor engagement and visibility.
• Monitor and analyse fundraising data to inform strategies.
• Be the point of contact for donor inquiries and issues.
• Actively participate in fundraising events and initiatives.
• Implement donor feedback mechanisms to improve relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Non-profit Management, Fundraising, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations within the non-profit sector
