Job Description

As a Capital Campaign Fundraiser, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that support our mission. This role requires building relationships with donors, planning events, and driving fundraising initiatives to meet set targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop outreach strategies to attract new donors and sponsors.
  • Organize informational sessions to communicate the mission and impact of the organization.
  • Monitor fundraising trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage in grant writing and proposal development for project funding.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising initiatives.
  • Facilitate donor recognition events to acknowledge contributions.
  • Analyze and interpret fundraising data to inform future campaigns.
  • Establish a calendar for fundraising initiatives and events for the year.
  • Foster a culture of philanthropy within the organization.
  • Assist in budget preparation for fundraising programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Fundraising, Marketing, or Nonprofit Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or non-profit management
