Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecom Engineer to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications systems, network design, and troubleshooting, with a strong commitment to driving projects to success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to the installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
  • Evaluate existing network infrastructure and propose enhancements.
  • Develop test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment and services.
  • Supervise installation teams and provide on-site guidance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Report on project progress and resource allocation to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications.
