• Participate in case reviews and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in therapy.
• Document therapy sessions accurately for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Psycho-education training is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in family or couples therapy

Technical Skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Narrative Therapy

Soft Skills

• Cultural competence
• Active listening

Certifications

• Family Therapy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
