Job Description

As a Mill Turner, you will utilize both manual and CNC machinery to create precision components. Ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of machining processes and a keen eye for quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for metalworking.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Perform quality checks on produced parts and adjust machining processes as needed.
• Provide support and training to junior technicians.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (N3-N6)

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming

Certifications

• Trade certification in machining or related field is an asset
