Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutters and Trimmers to join our bustling production team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidates will be responsible for trimming, deboning, and cutting pork meat as per specific customer requirements while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the packaging of finished products for distribution.
  • Manage waste and byproduct disposal according to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of cutting and trimming activities.
  • Provide support to other members of the production team as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant culinary or food processing qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in meat processing is preferred
