Job Description

The successful HR Generalist will manage all aspects of HR operations at our Pretoria location, including performance appraisals, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive approach to enhancing our employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Ensure all HR policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor employee performance and recommend improvements.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of HR training materials.
  • Manage internal communication regarding HR policies and updates.
  • Prepare reports for HR metrics and analytics.
