Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist dedicated to employee growth. You will assess training requirements, design impactful curricula, implement learning sessions, and measure the effectiveness of training solutions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs based on insights.
• Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
• Evaluate the performance of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Work with team leaders to enhance employees' competencies and skills.
• Prepare instructional materials and coordinate training logistics.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training delivered to employees.
• Utilize various training methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a learning and development role

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
