Responsibilities
Follow processing protocols for various types of meat.

Maintain stock levels of materials required for slaughtering and packing.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certificate in Meat Processing (advantageous)
Experience
3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
