Job Description

We are seeking skilled Slaughterers and Meat Packers to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidates will have experience in meat processing and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow processing protocols for various types of meat.
  • Engage in packing operations, ensuring products are packaged according to specifications.
  • Maintain stock levels of materials required for slaughtering and packing.
  • Report any discrepancies in product quality or safety to management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and safety.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Meat Processing (advantageous)
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
