We are looking for motivated Tool Grinders, Filers, and Sharpeners to join our production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, ensuring that our tools are polished, finished, and ready for delivery. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on grinding and polishing equipment.
• Assist in the testing of finished tools to verify performance.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to improve product designs.
• Train new employees on hand tool finishing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate in manufacturing or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or tool-making environment is a plus

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Quality control knowledge

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO standards: Knowledge of ISO quality management standards.
