Join our team as an Architect, where you'll play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of a range of innovative building projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and various stakeholders to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet both client expectations and regulatory standards. We are looking for someone passionate about architecture and sustainability, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft architectural plans based on preliminary sketches and client requirements.
• Engage in the creative process, brainstorming innovative ideas for architectural designs.
• Oversee compliance of projects with safety and structural regulations.
• Coordinate with urban planners and landscape architects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve all drawings before submission to relevant authorities.
• Identify potential challenges in projects and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and areas for improvement.
• Support the business development team with technical knowledge during client pitches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural design and project management

• BIM Software

• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
