General Engineer

Job Description

We are in search of a General Engineer to join our Rustenburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining engineering systems and processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations.
• Implement innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
• Guarantee adherence to safety regulations throughout projects.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project developments.
• Evaluate project performance and report findings.
• Supervise project staff and provide guidance.
• Create and update technical specifications and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in related engineering roles

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
