• Assist in creating user training materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a similar support role

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Remote desktop solutions

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
