We seek a dedicated Customer Success Manager who excels in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product adoption, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to overall customer retention strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in related field is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success management in a technology company
