Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist at Mental Health Solutions Inc., you'll play a critical role in assessing and treating clients dealing with a range of psychological issues. You'll collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a supportive environment focused on mental wellness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' psychological needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Lead workshops on mental health awareness and coping strategies.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to assess treatment effectiveness.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions and support groups.
• Provide crisis intervention as required.
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff and interns.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of psychology.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified in a specific therapeutic approach (e.g. DBT, EMDR)

• Xhosa: Conversational
