Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate at Innovative Health Research, you will play a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical trials. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols while managing data collection and maintaining participant safety throughout the trial.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze clinical data for completeness and accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between investigators and sponsors.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Assist with the development of patient recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting of adverse events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Medicine, Nursing, or a relevant field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical trial management or related field
