Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware and software.
  • Perform troubleshooting for various technical problems as they arise.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Assist in training staff on IT systems and procedures as needed.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on IT equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
