Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to support the strategic decisions of the business. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy.
• Support the finance team in daily financial operations.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking financial health.
• Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies for new projects.
• Participate in budget reviews and financial planning meetings.
• Provide training and guidance to junior finance staff.
• Develop and maintain financial templates and tools.
• Collaborate with IT to improve financial reporting systems.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Relevant certifications in finance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior financial analyst position

Certifications

• CFA certification preferred
