Responsibilities
Create and implement actuarial models to effectively evaluate risks.
Analyze data trends to propose prudent adjustments to insurance product pricing.
Coordinate with cross-departmental teams on financial outlook and strategic decisions.
Conduct stress testing and scenario analyses for policy development.
Continuously monitor regulatory changes affecting actuarial practices and advise management.
Evaluate the impact of structural changes within the company on risk assessment.
Prepare and review reports that summarize risk exposure assessments.
Assist in mentoring junior actuarial staff and trainees.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
Several actuarial examinations passed
Experience
3-5 years of experience in actuarial roles
