• Conduct regular audits of logistics processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service in logistics inquiries.
• Train and assist team members in logistics procedures.

• Resolve any shipping issues or delays promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred
