Job Description

The Reclamation Kettle Tender is pivotal in operating reclamation kettles to melt and reclaim materials. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal operation of kettles, maintain production schedules, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient operation of reclamation kettles in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure kettles are functioning correctly.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Train new team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Document daily production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies in the reclamation process.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant technical certificate or diploma would be advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in operating and maintaining reclamation kettles or similar equipment is preferred.
