• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with management regarding operational challenges.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics.
• Foster a team environment focused on high performance and continuous improvement.

• Secondary school diploma required
• Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management is advantageous
• Inventory Management Software Proficient in using software for tracking inventory levels.
• Forklift Operation Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift Operator Certification
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Understanding of supply chain management: Comprehension of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment: Experience managing warehouse operations in a high-volume setting.
