Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of inventory management, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with management regarding operational challenges.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Secondary school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
