We are seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Design Lead to drive our design projects. This role requires a deep understanding of digital design principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will oversee the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring that our designs not only meet client expectations but also push the boundaries of creativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design process for various digital projects.
• Create and maintain design documentation, ensuring design decisions are well-documented.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and develop digital experiences.
• Be responsible for quality assurance of all design deliverables.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Explore and implement user-centric design principles to improve client experiences.
• Organise design critiques to improve team output and creativity.
• Ensure designs meet both usability and accessibility standards.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new design team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Design is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years in a senior role within a design team
