Industrial Engineer

Job Description

This role as an Industrial Engineer involves optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality controls are maintained.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies promptly.
• Prepare reports on project status and improvements.
• Support the development and training of staff on process improvements.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in process engineering or improvement roles

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)
