Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards.
• Utilize statistical tools to analyze data for decision-making.
• Manage projects related to process improvement and system enhancement.
• Develop training programs for staff on new processes or technologies.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Work with suppliers to ensure materials meet engineering specifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering
