Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying training needs and creating tailored programmes for employee development. Your role will focus on fostering growth and enhancing skills across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the training budget and resources effectively.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Utilize data analytics to track training progress and impact on employee performance.
  • Assist in talent management initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and their development needs.
  • Regularly report to senior management on training outcomes and insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training or development roles
