• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the educational process.
• Monitor classroom behaviour and intervene when necessary to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Utilise diverse teaching strategies to cater to multiple learning styles.
• Organise and participate in educational events and workshops.
• Advocate for the resources and support that students need to thrive.
• Engage with the wider school community to promote inclusivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Teaching accreditation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with students with special needs

Technical Skills

• Understanding of IEPs
• Classroom Management
• Adaptation of Educational Materials

Certifications

• Registered Special Education Teacher (RSET)
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
