Job Description

We are seeking a Curriculum Developer who is passionate about online learning and education. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging curriculum content that meets the needs of diverse learners. You will collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create online courses that enhance the learning experience, making education accessible and enjoyable for all.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online curriculum materials aligned with educational standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Implement best practices in instructional design to enhance learner engagement.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of educational programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with educators to refine and adapt course offerings based on learner needs.
• Facilitate training sessions for educators on curriculum implementation and delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in e-learning and instructional technology.
• Participate in curriculum review committees to align strategies and goals.
• Create assessments to measure student learning outcomes and remediate as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
