Job Description

We are seeking a Curriculum Developer who is passionate about online learning and education. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging curriculum content that meets the needs of diverse learners. You will collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to create online courses that enhance the learning experience, making education accessible and enjoyable for all.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful and interactive online course content.
• Work with instructional designers to enhance user experience for learners.
• Incorporate multimedia elements into curriculum resources to boost engagement.
• Analyze learner feedback and make data-driven adjustments to improve course quality.
• Foster an environment for continuous learning and professional growth among team members.
• Draft curriculum guides, manuals, and other documentation as needed.
• Engage in professional development and networking within the education technology sphere.
• Assess curriculum effectiveness through student performance metrics.
• Pilot new curriculum initiatives and share lessons learned for future enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in online curriculum development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Graphic Design

• Adaptability
• Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL): Understanding principles of UDL to make learning accessible for all students.
• Background in research-based curriculum: Experience in developing and assessing curricula based on educational research.
