We’re seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator to lead and manage our community engagement projects. This role is vital in driving our initiatives aimed at creating social impact and improving lives within local communities.
Responsibilities
Design and oversee programs that support community development.
Prepare and present project proposals to the board.
Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the community.
Evaluate and report on program impact to stakeholders.
Identify and respond to emerging community challenges.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field
Master's degree is preferred

5+ years in a non-profit environment with leadership experience
