Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate Non-Profit Coordinator to lead and manage our community engagement projects. This role is vital in driving our initiatives aimed at creating social impact and improving lives within local communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee programs that support community development.
• Prepare and present project proposals to the board.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the community.
• Evaluate and report on program impact to stakeholders.
• Identify and respond to emerging community challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a non-profit environment with leadership experience

• Knowledge of grant writing and reporting: Experience in writing proposals and reports for funding agencies.
