Casework Director

Job Description

The Casework Director will oversee all casework activities and ensure our organization is meeting the needs of its diverse clientele. You will manage a team of caseworkers while guaranteeing that all casework is aligned with legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of casework to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Develop training programs for caseworkers to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with external partners to expand service offerings.
• Monitor compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
• Promote a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
• Evaluate program performance and propose improvements.
• Write and share reports regarding team progress and challenges.
• Handle budgeting and financial planning for the casework department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in Social Work or similar (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in social services or non-profit sector
