Job Description

We are seeking a talented Stage Set Designer to create captivating sets for our live performances and events. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of technical design requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop set design concepts.
• Create and present set design sketches, blueprints, and models.
• Source and manage all props, furniture, and set materials.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure set specifications are met.
• Assist in the installation and dismantling of set designs.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all set elements meet safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Attend relevant training sessions to enhance design skills.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Theatre Arts or a similar qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in stage set design, especially for large productions.

Technical Skills

• Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Construction knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
