Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Broker to manage the logistics of importing and exporting goods. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in customs regulations, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customs documentation is accurate and submitted timely, facilitating clearance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the logistics process and provide excellent service.
• Stay updated on international trade laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any inquiries or issues quickly.
• Utilize software tools for logistics and customs management to streamline operations.
• Coach and mentor junior staff on customs brokerage practices and industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• Formidable experience in customs brokerage and logistics operations, preferably within import/export companies
