Job Description

As a Lead Ingot Molder, you will be tasked with producing high-quality lead ingots, ensuring all operations are conducted to meet stringent safety and quality standards. Collaborating closely with the production team, you'll contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead melting and casting operations effectively.
• Evaluate and adjust casting parameters for optimal results.
• Document all production activities and maintain records.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Formal training in metallurgy or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years in lead casting and molding environments.
