Tram Operator

Job Description

The Tram Operator will be responsible for operating trams and ensuring that passengers are transported safely and according to schedule. They will be required to adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trams along designated routes while ensuring adherence to schedule.
• Regularly check tram equipment for proper functioning.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers.
• Handle cash and manage ticket sales.
• Prepare reports on daily operations and incidents.
• Collaborate with other transport staff for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate passenger understanding of safety features.
• Respond to inquiries and address passenger concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and operational procedures.
