Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Solutions Company, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their technical issues. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical resources.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to technical support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track customer support requests to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment
