Responsibilities

• Coordinate health initiatives, ensuring alignment with national public health goals.
• Engage with community members to gather feedback on health services.
• Develop training programs for community health workers.
• Assess community needs and optimize health service delivery.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts for public health crises.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion activities.
• Lead research projects focused on public health issues affecting the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or Health Administration
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in health program management
