Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, including budgets, meeting notes, and progress reports.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for future improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management as per PMBOK or similar standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the project team.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial controls are in place to keep costs within approved limits.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• PMI or relevant certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of comprehensive project management experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
