Job Description

We're on the lookout for an Investment Banking Analyst passionate about finance and investment strategies. In this role, you'll conduct market research, analyze financial data, and help develop investment recommendations. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and architect tailored solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial models to assess investment performance.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in presenting investment strategies.
• Research and compile reports on market trends and economic developments.
• Support the underwriting of securities and preparation of offering documents.
• Contribute to project management efforts for M&A transactions.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis

• CFA Level I
• FMVA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
