Responsibilities

• Conduct regular financial analysis to support business strategy and objectives.
• Work with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Provide support during financial audits and help prepare necessary documentation.
• Analyze various financial data sets to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate financial trends and insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Help develop and maintain financial KPI dashboards.
• Assist in treasury operations and cash flow management.
• Support the finance manager in strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
