Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Solutions SA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive excellent technical support. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, and providing user training. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Assist in setting up IT equipment for new employees.
  • Perform system audits and provide reports.
  • Assist the IT Manager with strategic planning.
  • Stay current with IT trends and developments.
  • Assist in the creation of IT documentation and training materials.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all users.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
