• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field
• MS Office Suite Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative tasks.
• Order Management Software Experience with order management systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Time Management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• English (Fluent)
