UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Innovate Design Solutions, you will employ a user-first approach to design, leveraging research and data to influence design decisions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to help visualize and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for creating visual designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align design strategies with brand objectives.
• Help in developing and maintaining design guidelines and standards.
• Be an advocate for the user in all aspects of design and development.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
• Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in user experience design
