We are on the lookout for a Cab Starter who will be the first point of contact for our fleet of cabs. Your role will involve ensuring that all cabs are operational, clean, and ready to serve our clients, maintaining the high standards we stand for.
Responsibilities
Ensure all cabs are equipped with necessary safety equipment.
Communicate effectively with drivers and passengers.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Support the fleet manager in administrative tasks as needed.
Document incidents and report as required.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
Work with the team to achieve daily operational targets.
Utilize dispatching software to track vehicle locations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in transportation or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Technical Skills
Ability to operate vehicles
Proficient in using mobile applications

Prior experience in hospitality: Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
