Crane and Tower Operators

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radio Control Crane Operator to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cranes remotely to lift, move, and position materials and heavy objects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Control cranes to lift and move heavy construction materials safely.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment before commencement of work.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during crane operations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure safe lifting and positioning.
• Record operational data and complete safety checklists.
• Guide ground crew during crane operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of crane systems.
• Respond promptly to any safety concerns and report to supervisors.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and training requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings for quality improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Heavy Machinery Operation is a plus
• Additional qualifications in construction safety are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry preferred.
