Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent who will help clients navigate the real estate market in Sandton. You will leverage your skills to market properties, evaluate offers, and provide guidance throughout the selling or purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through proactive outreach and networking.
• Maintain a current knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Prepare and deliver property appraisals to clients.
• Assist with the preparation of contracts and legal documents.
• Manage and resolve client queries and issues promptly.
• Work closely with mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Organize and lead viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
• Mitigate risks by advising clients on market trends and property investment opportunities.
• Engage with community stakeholders to strengthen company presence.
• Embrace new technologies to enhance client experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12
• Degree in Property Management a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate

Technical Skills

• Market Analysis
• CRM Software Familiarity

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• NQF Level 4 in Real Estate
• Property Negotiation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual: Fluency in Afrikaans or other local languages can be an asset.
