We are looking for an Online Educator to create and deliver high-quality online courses. The successful candidate will engage students through interactive content and assess their understanding to promote learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field trials for various crops.
• Review and interpret scientific literature to inform research directions.
• Assist in developing sustainable farming models for local communities.
• Monitor the environmental impact of agricultural practices.
• Compile and publish research articles in agricultural journals.
• Organize workshops to share knowledge with the farming community.
• Collaborate with academic institutions for research partnerships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture or related discipline
• Master's degree or PhD preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in agricultural science or research
